This report shows you an overview of your items and their reservation information for a given period.
Enabling the Reporting add-on
Click Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen
Click Add-ons
Scroll down to Reporting
Make sure it's activated
Using your Item: Utilizations in Reservations report
Go to Reports
Search and Choose Utilization in Reservations
Select the timeframe by clicking on the date in the top-right corner:
Add extra filters by clicking on 'Add filter':
Or group by custom fields:
Choose Actions to Print or Export your report in the top-right corner:
💡 Tip: The utilization column calculates the percentage of days your item was reserved in comparison to the selected timeframe
