Congratulations! You either just created your CHEQROOM account, or you were invited as a user to your organization's account.

If you don't have an account just yet, please follow the instructions mentioned on this article.

Web app

To get access to our web application, go to Please note that CHEQROOM is supported by Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

Please use your email address to log in to CHEQROOM. This is usually your work, student or school staff email address linked to the organization that is using CHEQROOM. You can still enter your account user name to log in.

Sometimes, organizations have multiple 'CHEQROOM' accounts. Please join your department. As a user, you can't be part of multiple CHEQROOM accounts.

You'll be asked to type in the organization's name (i.e. the name of the account in CHEQROOM you just chose) before you can continue.

If your email address is not yet recognized by CHEQROOM, please notify the account administrator at your organization to request access.

If your organization is using Single-Sign On or SSO to let users log in to CHEQROOM, you'll be redirected to an external log-in page after clicking on the 'Continue with SSO' button.

Mobile app

Open the mobile app on your device. You can either choose to log in using your email address and password, or you can choose to log in using SSO (if your organization supports it).
