When you can't seem to log into your CHEQROOM account, there might be a few different reasons why this could be happening. Try one of the following, to see if this solves your login problem.
It sounds like an obvious one, but this is usually the main reason why you can't log into your account. Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure the caps-lock key is off and double-check for small typos before you click enter.
If you're still unable to login, try and reset your password. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder first, if you haven't received the email with your new password right away, before requesting a new one.
Usernames are also case sensitive. If you keep having issues, you can also try logging in with your email. If that doesn't work, not to worry! We've sent you an email right when you started our trial with your username details.
Your account is expired
Only administrators can still login when an account is expired in order to reactivate it. User or Self-service users won’t be able to login anymore and will need to contact their Admin.
Your account is archived
If you receive an error message stating your account has been archived, please get in touch with our team and we'll be more than happy to help.
