When you can't seem to log into your Cheqroom account, there might be a few different reasons why this could be happening. Try one of the following to see if this solves your login problem.
Check your spam folder
Cheqroom requires you to fill in an authentication code before signing in. This code is sent to you by email. If you are having troubles receiving the email, it might be in your spam folder. Find the email in your spam folder? Try marking our email as a safe email to avoid this issue in the future.

You don't have an active Cheqroom user
You have not accepted the invitation
To log in to Cheqroom for the first time, you need to accept the invitation and set your password. Once this is done, you can log in to Cheqroom. If you haven't accepted your invitation you will not receive the authentication email.

Your user is expired or archived
An administrator has the possibility to deactivate or archive your access. If your user is expired you will not receive the authentication email and will not be able to sign in. To resolve this situation, we recommend contacting your administrators so they can reactivate your credentials and allow you to log into Cheqroom.
If you checked the options above and are still having issues receiving the authentication emails
Your email service might be delaying the arrival of our emails (also known as greylisting), we recommend you whitelist the IP addresses our email service uses, so our emails are always considered safe and arrive on time. Someone in your IT department will be able to set this up quite easily. You can find the IP addresses below:

Wrong password
It sounds obvious, but this is usually the main reason you can't log into your account. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure the caps-lock key is off and double-check for small typos before you click enter.
If you're still unable to log in, try and reset your password.
