Sometimes it happens that your credit card is declined and the payment does not go through.

Why? Cheqroom HQ is based in Europe and your bank may flag the transaction.

If you are a European customer you may encounter a similar problem; your bank might have an additional level of security called “3Ds authentication” and this might result in a declined transaction. Other causes can be if your card has insufficient funds, for example, or your bank has put a temporary hold on the card.

What to do in these cases?

  • reach out to us at billing@cheqroom.com or your Cheqroom representative

  • your point of contact at Cheqroom will reach out explaining the cause of the issue

  • you might have to check internally in your organisation or with your bank
