Quite often you'll want to keep track of extra information on an equipment booking. For example the address where the equipment should be shipped to, an event name or project number.

Creating a custom field for Reservations

  • Go to Reservations, next click Fields
  • Click Add field
  • Enter a field name and select the right kind
  • For important fields, choose to include it on the form

Creating a custom field for Check-outs

  • Go to Check-outs, next click Fields
  • Click Add field
  • Enter a field name and select the right kind
  • For important fields, choose to include it on the form

Quick Tip

If you create exactly the same fields on a Reservation and a Check-out, any value that was entered in the Reservation will automatically be copied to the Check-out when you convert it.
