You can configure the SSO domains linked to your SSO configuration to ensure users are seamlessly redirected to your identity provider (IdP) during login.

By default, we automatically configure a domain based on the email address of the logged-in user. If your organization uses multiple domains, you can manually add additional domains to ensure all users are correctly routed through SSO.

Add Domain

  • Go to Settings > Authentication

  • Click Add Domain

  • Enter the new domain name (e.g., example.com) and click Add

Removing Domains

You need at least one domain name configured for SSO, so you can’t delete the last configured domain name.

  • Go to Settings > Authentication

  • In the Domains section, click for the Domain that you want to delete

  • Click Delete
