You can configure the SSO domains linked to your SSO configuration to ensure users are seamlessly redirected to your identity provider (IdP) during login.
By default, we automatically configure a domain based on the email address of the logged-in user. If your organization uses multiple domains, you can manually add additional domains to ensure all users are correctly routed through SSO.
Add Domain
Go to Settings > Authentication
Click Add Domain
Enter the new domain name (e.g.,
example.com
) and click Add
Removing Domains
You need at least one domain name configured for SSO, so you can’t delete the last configured domain name.
Go to Settings > Authentication
In the Domains section, click … for the Domain that you want to delete
Click Delete
