When you have tons of gear to add to your account, adding them by import is a huge timesaver. Prepare your spreadsheet for import by following these steps, and once your spreadsheet is ready, you can import your inventory with one click.

When importing items from a spreadsheet, you can import the following fields:

Once you've finished creating your inventory in Cheqroom ( 🎉), you now have the freedom to manage it as you need. With the availability feature, you can decide which items can be used in a reservation or not. For example, if you have a lot of small gear that you'd like to keep in your inventory for quota purposes but prefer that users not be able to add them to a reservation, you can now do this by marking them as unavailable.
