For Customers Using the New and Improved User Management Page
On Cheqroom, you can decide whether your user can have access or not to your workspace. This means you can let your colleagues or students log in, while your customers or external colleagues can only be assigned reservations and check-outs.
If you do not want the user to access your workspace, don't grant them access or revoke it if necessary.
On the other hand, if the user should be able to log in to your workspace, you can follow the steps below.
Grant Workspace Access to a New User
Fill in the user profile details
Under Account access, enable Give account access
Choose a role
Click on Add user to create, and invite this new user
Grant Workspace Access to an Existing User
Go to Users in the navigation bar
Find the user and open their page
On the right-hand side, click on Give access
Choose a user role, and select Give workspace access
Grant Workspace Access Users in Bulk
Go to Users in the navigation bar
Find the users and select them
Click on Bulk actions and choose Give workspace access
Choose a role for all your selected users and hit Give workspace access
