Setting up Geo locations for your account

  1. Go to your Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen
  2. Next, click General
  3. Scroll down to the Geo Positions section
  4. Enable or disable the Geo positions module
  5. Choose to update the Geo position of Items when they're scanned (with the mobile app)
  6. Click Save (top of the screen)

Using Geo positions

Updating the (approx) Geo position via your web browser

  1. Click Items, then click an Item
  2. Click the Map tab
  3. Click the Set to current button
  4. Or click the dropdown to manually enter an address

Updating the GPS position of an Item via the mobile app

  1. Scan it's asset label (depends on setting above)
  2. Or go to the Item
  3. Scroll down to the Geo Position section
  4. Click Set 
  5. Add Current location or Enter Address
