Your organization name is the name used on your Cheqroom invoice and the name of your account. It's mostly used for internal communication with Cheqroom and not visible to users within Cheqroom. Users will also see your organization name if they are signing in with SSO and are new to joining your organization.

Only account owners are able to update your organization name.
Go to your Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen
Click Account
Click View billing details
Click Edit billing info
Enter a new Organization name
Click Update (top of screen)
Your organization name is not to be confused with your workspace name, one organization can have multiple workspaces. The workspace name is shown in the top left corner of your account.
