Resetting the data in your (trial) account so you can start fresh

Sometimes it’s easier to reset all the data you’ve been playing around within your account than to delete, expire or archive everything one-by-one.

Wiping all data in your account

  1. Go to your Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen

  2. Click Account

  3. Go the 'manage workspace section'

  4. Click on the three dots next to the workspace you would like to reset

⚠️ Important

1) Contacts with access to Cheqroom will remain in your account.

2) Be careful. Clearing the data from your account cannot be undone!
