Stay on top of your equipment's warranty information across your inventory

You can store until when your Item is in warranty and get accurate lists of equipment that is still under or no longer under warranty.

Updating an Item's warranty date

  1. Click Items, then click an Item

  2. Click the Info tab

  3. Update the warranty date field

Finding back equipment that is out of warranty

  1. Click Items

  2. Use the search list to filter In warranty or Out of warranty items (left of the search box)

Finding equipment's warranty information

  1. Click on an itemΒ 

  2. Click on the Info tab to see the warranty field

  3. Or find the information in the item's status overview:

Setting up automated warranty reminders

When you want to get an automated reminder some time before a certain item's warranty expired, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Settings and click Notifications

  2. Click Add notification and choose the trigger Warranty Expiring

  3. Choose a name and when you'd like to get reminded

  4. Choose who should be receiving these notifications and edit the subject line/body of the email (if necessary)

  5. Review your email and when it looks good, click 'Add'
