What if I reach my subscription limits?

Once you reach the maximum allowed Items for your account, you won't be able to create new Items or duplicate Items. You can either:

Upgrade your subscription

Cheqroom automatically pro-rates the remainder of your current subscription towards the new subscription.

  • Go to your Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen

  • Click Account

  • Click Change plan

  • Select a new subscription plan

  • Click Continue

Note: Only the Account Owner and users with permissions to manage the account and the settings have the option to upgrade and choose a different plan.

Remove equipment from your account

 Clean up some older or unused equipment in your account by:

  • Deleting Items (when they were never used)

  • Expiring Items


Kits are not counted towards your subscription limit.
